Overall Rating:
The overall rating of a neighborhood is an aggregated cumulative rating that takes into consideration all the other ratings, and it is considered the most important rating because it represents a holistic view on the overall livelihood of the area. 10 is the maximum rating possible, and the obviously the higher the number the better.

Social Status:
This rating measures the overall social status of the residents of the neighborhood. Due to the lack of detailed demographic and socio-economic census data, we relied more on the cost of properties in the area. Expensive areas get higher social status ratings than affordable areas.

Education:
The number of education establishments such as schools, institutes and universities impact this rating positively. Also, the quality of the schools and universities are taken into consideration, and its worth noting that great universities and schools impact the ratings of several neighborhoods that are nearby not just the neighborhood where they are located.

This rating measures the availability of public transportation that allows residents to get in and out of the neighborhood easily. Metro, Train, and Tram stations have a major impact on this rating, as well as airports. Also, the availability of inner transportation networks such as public or private buses and other transportation methods are important.

This rating measures the availability of hospitals, medical centers, pharmacies, and laboratories in the neighborhood. Large reputable hospitals tend to have the biggest impact on this rating, and their impact extends beyond one neighborhood as its services tend to reach nearby areas.

Location:
This rating measures the distance between the neighborhood and the center of the city. The closer the neighborhood the higher the rating. Also, some strategically located neighborhoods get some rating boost due to the uniqueness of the neighborhood location.
