Dyar 2 Compound is designed to include 76 residential buildings, distributed over the entire area of 43 acres, and these buildings are permeated with a lot of green spaces, services, and entertainment areas.
The percentage of landscaping in the Diyar 2 project reaches about 80% of the total area, which is approximately 34 complete acres, while the construction percentage does not exceed 20% or approximately 9 acres only.
The design of Diyar 2 Compound is characterized by giving each unit its own view, as green spaces surround all units from all directions, and the project is located in the middle of a large garden, in addition to two gardens and two artificial lakes.
The compound also serves many internal roads that facilitate movement between the project areas, and the compound is surrounded by wide ways to move between the project's gates, which are 3 exit and entry gates.
